A minimum deposit of half of the total hire charge is required, when booking and is non refundable.
The booking is accepted based on times stated in the ‘Booking Form’. Excessive delays caused by the client or their guests may result in the booking being terminated by the driver or an excess charge levied at our standard hourly rate of £150 per hour.
The client is responsible for the conduct of their guests at all times. ‘Seaton Sluice Limousines’ may charge a security deposit, or invoice the client or their guests.
The driver may refuse to transport passengers who, in their opinion, are unfit to travel.
For the consideration of the other clients, passengers are not permitted to smoke at any time in the Limousine.
Seaton Sluice Limousines is not responsible for, and shall not be liable in the event of, any act of God, mechanical breakdown or other event beyond its reasonable control causing either the whole or part of the hire contract to be cancelled and, in such circumstances; the company shall not be liable to refund any portion of the hire charge or deposit paid.
